Gartner Inc. has just released its latest Magic Quadrant for Enterprise Network Firewalls and Palo Alto Networks are dominating the “Leaders” quadrant for the fifth consecutive year.
According to the report, “Palo Alto Networks is assessed as a Leader because of its next-generation firewalls focus and its record of delivering next-generation firewalls feature ahead of competitors, and because of its consistent visibility in Gartner shortlists for advanced firewall use cases, frequently beating its competition on feature granularity and depth.”
“We’re proud to be recognised for the fifth consecutive year as a leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Enterprise Network Firewalls”, said René Bonvanie, CMO of Palo Alto Networks. “Our prevention-oriented approach to cybersecurity is anchored by our next-generation firewall; it is the cornerstone of our Next-Generation Security Platform, combining network, cloud and endpoint security capabilities to safely enable applications and prevent successful cyber breaches. We’re thrilled that Gartner continues to recognize both our ability to execute and completeness of vision in this area.”
As a premier partner of Palo Alto Networks (and one of the first partners in Australia), blueAPACHE is delighted with this news. “Palo Alto is intrinsic to our firewall environment, and the recognition they have earned through the Gartner Magic Quadrant report serves as testament to their leadership in the sector” said Simon Richardson, GM Operations at blueAPACHE.
blueAPACHE integrate Palo Alto Networks next generation firewalls at the core of their cloud, network and managed service solutions – the first IT as a Service ( ITaaS) organisation in Australia to do so.
