Twas the end of yet another successful year, and a time to celebrate our efforts. Our Christmas party was more than dinner and drinks, it was an opportunity to update everyone on our successes, and to provide insight to our aspirations for the coming 12 months.
We kicked off proceedings with a formal company update that helped staff garner details on our background, our vision, and our growth. The update session highlighted that whilst others are seeking acquisitions and mergers (and the industry has been inundated with them this year), our strategy of maintaining affordable organic growth has set us apart – securing us the enviable position of continued profitable success. It also reinforced that our vision remains relevant, and our plans remain well on track.
The update highlighted our successes. We achieved over 30% growth, secured global recognition for our ITaaS model, received our seventh CRN Fast50 award, became the only organisation in Australia with two CRN All Star awards, and was showcased by HP around the world for our cloud infrastructure. It continued with initiatives for the coming year, including continued focus on customer engagement.
The update concluded with our annual staff awards. Presentations made for innovation, customer service, project excellence and our ‘This is IT’ award – presented to the person who exemplifies who blueAPACHE is.
